With its ongoing commitment to improving customer experience, advancing financial inclusion, and ensuring operational excellence, BDO Unibank Inc. (BDO) has once again earned the title of the Philippines’ most valuable brand for the second year in a row, according to Brand Finance, the world’s top brand valuation consultancy.

In the Brand Finance Philippines 2025 report, BDO’s brand value climbed to US$3.7 billion—a 48% jump from the previous year—highlighting the bank’s dominant market presence, increasing customer confidence, and effective strategic execution.

Alex Haigh, Managing Director of Brand Finance Asia Pacific, noted, “BDO’s latest brand valuation reflects years of deliberate, strategic growth from an institution that remains focused on building a bank that’s ready for the future of every Filipino. With a physical presence of 92% of the country’s municipalities and a growing reach abroad, BDO is clearly on an upward path.”

This honor underscores BDO’s continuous dedication to client satisfaction, resilient operations, and inclusive development.

In 2024, the bank further expanded its network, now totaling 1,793 branches across the Philippines and key global locations like Hong Kong and Singapore—advancing its mission to make financial services more accessible to underserved communities.

BDO has also invested in enhancing its digital infrastructure to better serve customers’ evolving needs. Through its Go Digital efforts, clients now enjoy safe, convenient access to banking anytime, anywhere.

Improvements to BDO Online and BDO Pay mobile apps have made transactions more seamless and experiences more tailored to individual users.

“We always place customers at the heart of what we do,” said Cora A. Mallillin, BDO’s Executive Vice President and Head of Branch Banking Group. “By keeping banking simple, secure, and convenient, we’re helping build a more inclusive economy and creating a better future for every Filipino.”

BDO’s consistent recognition as the Philippines’ top brand affirms its strong focus on customers, commitment to sustainable progress, and dedication to delivering lasting value for all stakeholders.
